Upload file from Shared content to Meeting

Hi,

I have been using Adobe connect API to create meetings, users...etc. I have a situation where i have to use same file (.pdf) for multiple meetings. And those meetings will be hosted by some other users. To share files for all users I upload initially files to shared content then loading those files to several meetings. Right now i am doing all these using adobe connect interface. But i want to make it automation/integrate with my own web app. I want to load files to shared content using API. and then i should be able to map each file to multiple meetings using API. I have tried sco-update but it is giving an error. Is any one can help me how to achieve this?
