Hello,

I have a user who has been using Presenter without any issues, however, today she was recording audio on the last slide of her presentation and received the following error message:

The user's specs are:

OS: Vista
Office 2007
Has been using Breeze for quite some time and never has had any issues
Has 24.6 GB free

I encountered this issue long time back.
I closed all other applications and cleared some memory on hard disk and resolved the issue.

You might need to close powerpoint also for once and then start again.

Hello Purnima - Thank you for your response. We uninstall it, and reinstalled it, that did not work, we updated Presenter, that did not resolve the issues

What did resolve the issue was ending start up services and uncessary processes eating up the user's CPU and that did resolve the issue.
