Serious problem with presnter powerpoint com addin' add-in.

This message continues to come up and presentor will not publish.  Should I uninstall and reinstall the entire Acrobat X pro suite to see if this solves the issue?  Working with widows 7 and Office 2010.

While true that these are similiar threads, they were not helpful.  The update suggested in the second link did not resolve the problem, presentor still refuses to publish.  I am not using a beta version of Windows 7.

After 90 minutes with Adobe, we discovered that presentor does not function in compatability mode when publishing presentations that were in 2003 version.  Once file is converted, they published fine.
