New User - Presentations no longer save with animations or duration

Hi

Please bear with me as I am a new Presenter user and not terribly technical either!

I have been creating and saving presentations over the last couple of weeks.  No major problems and I was able to publish and view the presentations without any problems.  For some reason, yesterday any presentation I save doesn't include any animations and the slide duration doesn't appear on slides except for ones with custom audio or video.  The duration appears for these slides.  The slides are set to appear for three seconds....worked fine until yesterday!

When I open an old presentation that used to work and try to save and publish it again, the problem still occurs.  Animations and the slide duration don't appear even though they did previously.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I really appreciate it.  Thank you.
