Presenter on SharePoint open Slide Properties Error

I am starting to store our PowerPoint Content on a SharePoint site for user by all content creators. When I open a PowerPoint presentation stored on SharePoint and open the Presenter menu and click on slide properties I get an error message. It says, Adobe Presenter is unable to open the narration in this presentation. The narration for this presentation may be in use by another program or user, or it may be read-only. They saving the presentation to a new file or location with File/Save As.

I have Full Control permissions for this directory.

Any suggestions?
