Converting SWF for Videocast

All,

I use Adobe Presenter to create commercial training presentations that I sell via my website. I would now like to be able to convert the Presenter SWF files into MPG/MP4 to view them on on portable devices like iPod/iPhone.

Does anyone have any tool suggestions that I could use to convert Adobe Presenter 7 output into MPG / MP4?

Format Factory - http://www.formatoz.com/  free and easy. converts most formats to most others.

Also SUPER - http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html#Dnload  - free and easy.  follow the 'Download and use for free' text on the pages to (finally!) get to the download page.
