Network crashing when requesting control of shared screen

Hi,

We are testing the Adobe Connect Meeting hosted service.

this is working well, but we are seeing the session loose audio and freeze with a network connection interruption immediately after requesting control of a shared screen and being granted access.

This seems to have an issue functioning correctly.

The test website has been checked and all 4 checks have passed on both machines correctly.

both machines we are testing from can share the screens, but when a request for control is granted the network access is immediately lost and the session reconnects.

Any idea why this would be happening?
