Give access for virtual classroom for every one with url
I am using sco update for creating Virtual classroom. I need to give access to users with VC url.

should i provide &access= parameter
or
/api/xml?action=permissions-update&acl-id=32432&principal-id=public-access&permission-id=view

I'm not clear on what you are asking about. Your room is set to "Public", which allows all individuals with your room's URL to enter without you granting permission.
If you are dealing with VC's with different permissions and needing to change them, then your second call should be the better one to use.
/api/xml?action=permissions-update&acl-id=32432&principal-id=public-access&permission-id=view
If you are just wanting to allow users to join, your permissions are correct, you just need to give them the URL for your room and they can put their name in the guest field and join the room.
