Adobe connect server using Cookie management

Main issue was to directly connect to Adobe connect server(webinar meeting room ) from an external application using single sign in ,  so i tried through Log in with cookie management (recommended) , it is working in google chrome,

1.  but it is not working in other browsers like mozilla and also in different systems(computer),

2. when i log in as a user from my application to adobe connect meeting room, it is not displaying the users  name under participant list.

how to work with single sign on with different systems and browsers using cookie management... (by now i m using trail version of adobe connect)

please help by posting the solution for this above issue asap.
