Inserted Flash Animations

I have inserted a Flash .swf which contains both animations and music.  I have set the animation to control using presentation playbar.  When I publish the presentation and click on the Presenter pause button the visual animation stops but the music continues to play.  If I advance to the next slide the music stops.  However, if I then return to the first slide the music plays from where it left off but the visual animation starts over. 

Any suggestions to correct this?

I am using Presenter 7.02 and Flash CS3.
