Adobe Connect enrollment error: code no access; Subcode: denied HELP!!

Hi guys,

I've just had a few staff email me letting me know they are unable to enrol students in their modules as they keep getting this error:

Operation Failed - Error Code: no-access, Subcode:denied

During self enrollment you get this error:

error-internal-error-title

error-internal-error-body

Anyone experienced this before?
