I Cannot Access my Account or Get Anyone on the Phone

I've paid for my account in the new billing system but it's still not letting me in.

I sat on HOLD for 40 minutes with no indication of how much longer I'd have to wait.

I've tried chat and nothing happens.

I see no emails to contact support.

Is it near impossible to get someone on the phone now?

I just want to get in and use my Adobe Account.

Help!? Anyone know how I can connect with support without having to wait all year?

Who did you purchase your Adobe Connect account through? Adobe isn't currently selling it through their website, so I'm not sure how you would have purchased it directly.
