Checkboxes for registration questions

I'm creating a registration page for a webinar, and am noticing that for the types of questions you can ask on the registration page, the only options are "long answer", "multiple choice" and "yes/no"(radio buttons). Is there any way to create questions with the option for multiple answers (or check boxes)?
