No Access

Hi All,

Whenever I try to access Adobe Connect's shared templates via a virtual system, An error message is thrown as below:


Error

Please report the following error to your system Administrator:
VleException : Status response: no-data.

Can you please advise what has to be checked and set in the Breeze to correct this error?
