Extension Youtube in Adobe Connect 9.2.1

Hi Everybody,

Someone use this extension?.

We have tested this extension in Adobe 9.2.1 and it doesn't work. It doesn't find something, but in previous versions it works properly.

Someone has the same problem or know if it's compatible with this new version?.

If I recall correctly, it hasn't worked correctly in some time.

I tend to use a video download app in my browser to pull down and FLV or MP4 version of the desired video and then upload that directly in to the share pod.

It appears to work for me, though there is no volume control which could be an issue. It also doesn't scale, so the size you get is the size you get. But it does appear to work.

Tested on Connect 9.2.1 using the Add-in.

I have tested in two different installations of Adobe Connect 9.2.1 and it doesn't work :-(. Which version exactly do you have?. (version.txt)?.

I don't know why doesn't run.

For example the extension Doorbell it doesn't work too... :-(.

Are you seeing an error when you try to use them? What exactly do you mean by they don't work?

The YouTube extension works for us using 9.2.1 To play the video to participants you must click using the controls on the bottom. If you use the play button on the center of the video only the host will see the video.

Hey Rul,

I wrote the Doorbell app and wasn't aware of any issues. I'll look at fixing anything that might be causing a problem.

Can you tell me what's happening when you try to use it? Is the app loading? Is it not getting synchronized, is the bell not sounding?

Doorbell loads properly and I can see it. But when you press the button, nothing happends.

We have noticed the problem is in the Firewall. It seems that this extension (doorbell) uses something (port/protocol) that is stopped by the firewall. We will speak with our IT department to find it.

Any case. Do you know what can it be ?

One question about doorbell, the behaviour is that you ring the bell and everybody in the meeting room hear the bell. Correct?.

Is it any possibility to configure doorbell that only the hosts hear the bell?.
