Possible to embed a live meeting into a web page?

I have been trying to research this. So far I found instructions on how to embed Adobe Connect recorded meetings into web pages.

But what I would like to know is whether it is possible to embed a live Adobe Connect event into a web page?

Sure why not?  You can load it up in an iFrame.

Re: Possible to embed a live meeting into a web page?

Thanks so much for the quick response. Where would I find the exact link to include in my iFrame?

I ask because i added the standard link you find under Meetings, i.e. under Meeting Information > URL: https://meetxyz.adobeconnect.com/test/

But this is not staying inside the iFrame, it is reloading the page entirely and pointing to https://meetxyz.adobeconnect.com/test/

What am I missing here?

Any news on this? I have been researching for a while and cant find a solution to keeping the meeting in the iframe... Would it be possible to also have the login prompt INSIDE the iframe?

Thanks

You will want to have ?launcher=false at the end of the URL for the meeting. If the Add-in is detected it will launch in a new window, unless you tell Connect to not look for it with the above call.

Also, the user in this post, http://www.connectusers.com/forums/post/29717/#p29717, mentions using a 204 response to keep the room from busting out of the iframe. His link is no longer valid, but maybe his description will give you some insight as to how to get this to work.
