Status: In-Progress when really it should be Completed/Passed

Working off of Adobe Presenter Version 7.0.7 / Adobe Connect 8

PROBLEM: "Status" for about half of our users keeps showing "In-Progess" after they have already passed and completed items in the curriculum. After they are completlely finished, they go back in to see why it says "in-progress" and it will then show that they have only answered about half of the questions. User has to go back in and re-answer all of them at least 1 time (sometimes 2 or 3 times) and eventually, it will show them passed/completed

Did any of your users use Presenter Playbar next and Previous instead of Quiz slides submit and continue ?
This problem is usually seem in that case
