Help with a Captivate SWF file.

I have a SWF file that was created in Captivate and it plays fine in Connect for the host but does not run for the Participant. I put the file on a single PowerPoint slide and uploaded it so that I could SYNC the playback, however, the playback does not SYNC. Anybody got any ideas?

Sorry for the basic question - but just to confirm...

Is the "Sync" button in Connect Meeting clicked or depressed (on the Host's Share pod)?
