[9.1.2] Conference system with VoIP

Hi all,

I've got Adobe Connect Server 9.1.2 with Flash Media Gateway 2.0.1.19 installed on the server. I'm aware that this software is already outdated, but this is what the company owns and what I have to use. I have to create a conference system on it.

I have managed to run VolP on SIP protocol, so that I am able to call one phone number from the conference. Unfortunatley, I can't (or don't know where to look for) find the right configuration so that someone could call that phone number and, after entering the correct PIN, join the conference. The phone number itself works properly as it was checked on the virtual phone.

Where can I find settings, so I could configure the system? What might I need to get everything going?

I will be using Tendberg phones and trying to get everything started with video. Is there anything I should know or remember to do from the start?

Thanks everyone in advance for your help.

The telephone bridge would be a 3rd party offering. The provider should be able to give the dial in number(s) and passcode.

If I understand, you propose to use, for example, virtual PBX and connect it with Adobe Connect?

Ok, a few points of clarification.

Information on setting up Universal Voice: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/9.0 … 8388000SP1

Setting Up Universal Voice as a User: http://www.connectusers.com/tutorials/2 … /index.php

Setting Up Universal Voice as an Admin: https://www.connectusers.com/tutorials/ … min_setup/

You can use any SIP server.

Now you mentioned that you want to use a Tandberg system with video, so you will likely need to look into the VTC setup.

Here is the guide for setting up a VTC integration (also uses the SIP server) http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/9.0 … 29f8000SP1

I set everything as in tutorials, but unfortunately still not working. Incoming calls are automatically rejected.
Since you can depend on?
Is the workflow must be made whether any special settings can be default for?

You may be best served by reaching out to Adobe Support and having them review your installation and see if they can help identify the issue. Since you are on-premise, you'll want to reach out to Adobe at 866-335--2256.
