When viewing recordings I cant hear all the audio

Can someone help me?

I have to listen to recordings made in the adobe connect 9 rooms. As I watch these classes I will often hear the teacher ask a student a question...then there is a long lag of silence...then I hear the teacher make a comment on something the student supposedly said..although I heard nothing from the student.

The opposite can happen as well... I will her a student answer a question obviously asked by the teacher i.e. "I'm fine teacher, thanks for asking"  even though I heard nothing from the teacher. It doesn't happen every time although it is beginning to show up more and more. I have checked and I am using Chrome, with the most up to date version of flash.

I also have my own personal adobe connect room where I hold meetings and I've never had much of an audio issue. This seems to be directly related to recordings.

Any ideas on how to fix this or why it is happening?
