Event Management Registration Questions Modification Issue

Good Morning,

We do not want a password required for folks registering for training but the checkboxes red starred as required (email address, create password, retype password, name) are locked and I am unable to uncheck the password boxes. What needs to be done to unlock these password fields and make them not mandatory?

When you create an event, you will have the option to make it not require a password in step one of the wizard. If you don't select the option to not require a password then, you cannot change the event later. You will need to create a new event to disable the password requirement.

Thank you for your response. You are correct. The first page does have the checkbox necessary to make that change; I missed it! :-)
