Please let us remove Guided Hints in meeting rooms

Does anyone know how you can create a meeting room that does not have the guided hints? It is confusing for some non-techie attendees.

Hi anyone from adobe please respond to this?

There are tooltips / guided hints that appear when participants enter the room, and there is no way to turn this off for our service? We do not want/need our clients to see this as this just adds a further step that they do not need when entering our meetings and will only add to confusion and will distract and potentially add time to an already busy meeting?

Please either turn it off or let us manage this?
