Fail to open management console after upgrade to 7.5

I am using Connect Pro 7.0 (without any sp), and did a 7.5 upgrade directly. Unfortunately, after the 7.5 installation. When i open the "Congfigure Adobe Connect Pro Server" console. it shows "HTTP internal server Error".

I had check that both "Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro" and "FMS" service started.

Anyone have any idea about it?

systems using:
Connect Pro 7 on Win 2003 R2 sp2
DB on Win 2008 and MS SQL 2008 R2

The problem is that when you try to that updater fails to populate the database. This happened several times in my cases. My solutions are:
- Try to install a fresh copy of 7.5 and move contents. (I've done this to make it work)
- Try to upgrade to sp3 and do the 7.5 upgrade. (An incremental - sp1 -> sp2 ->sp3 ->7.5 upgrade may be more safe havent tried it)

You have to follow the proper upgrade path;

You needed to go from 7 SP3 to 7.5.  You can't go direcly to 7.5

Best and easiest way is to start over and follow the proper upgrade path.  Message me if you need some additional help

What is the steps on "Move contents"? I can't directly restore the db as the db structure is different from 7.x to 7.5

I will try upgrade to every SP incrementally to sp3 then 7.5. But the 7.5 install doc said that it can upgrade from any 7.x version directly from 7.5.

By install a fresh copy of 7.5 sp1, I can now start up the management console and I can login to the meeting server. And the SSL also working fine.
I can open the old meetings and enter the meeting room
However, all the contents cannot be accessed. When I click on the "Download Content" it just said "Not Found"
