Leaving a meeting room open
RESOLVED
HELP! I find everywhere the following information: "The host can leave the meeting room open or closed between scheduled meetings. If a meeting room is open between meetings, attendees are free to enter the room at any time to view content." What I can't find is HOW you leave the room open. Please direct me.
Thanks.

ACCEPTED SOLUTION
This functionality works when you are on the Concurrent User licensing model. This means that you can leave your room open (by not using the End Meeting feature), and, if you leave your room as a public room (Anyone who has the URL can enter the room), then people can come and go without you there.
If you have the Named Organizer model, then you must be in the room for it to allow participants to join.

Re: Leaving a meeting room open
Thank you. That makes so much sense. It just would be nice if they said that somewhere! Have a great day.
