Presenter font issue files; created in PPT2003, published usingPPT2007

I have a Presenter font issue with my files created based on a custom designed PPT2003 template we use in the office.  These files are then brought into PPT 2007 and published straight to the Connect server.  The resultant published file shows larger fonts than what was initially designed in PPT.  When these files are published in Does anyone else out there have a similar issue?

The version of Adobe Presenter we use is 7.0.5.

What is the name of the font style used.  Some are web friendly while other unweb friendly fonts will distort during the publication process.

Re: Presenter font issue files; created in PPT2003, published usingPPT2007

The font we use is Trebuchet MS.  We suspect that when the PPT 2003 file is brought into PPT 2007, a new set of Microsoft master slides are introduced that "taint" our master slides.  So when it comes to publishing (using Presenter 7.0.5), the resultant published slides, when uploaded to our Adobe server, yield slides with areas of font that are larger and distort the page.  It is no longer WYSIWYG.  We think the "additional PPT 2007 introduced" master slides, mess up our work.  Our colleagues that continue to use the PPT 2003 template slides do not have any problems since they are not using PPT 2007.
