Tutorial for participants
I am looking for a brief (under 10 minutes) tutorial that explains for participants how to use the chat and poll pods, breakout rooms and whiteboard tools so that our participants can be up to speed for their first seminar.

I have had a lot of people use this tutorial from the Connect Resource Center:
Participating in Your First Adobe Connect Meeting (Adobe Captivate demo, 3:04)
If you have never participated in a Adobe Connect meeting before, this is the place to start. In this short demonstration you'll learn how to access a meeting and how to interact with others once you get in.
