Following the process we have always used when Training Content issues cause a User to "Fail" a course.

Within the Curriculum, selecting Reports>By Users.
Clicking Student's name.
Within Curriculum Contents, clicking override button for the course
Changing Status to Passed, and revising score to 100.
Clicking Save.

We get a short hourglass, and a status bar message:
"Opening page https://admin.na6.acrobat.cmo/admin/cou … urriculum-

tha's as much as I could capture in a screencap.

When I go back to the By Users report, nothing has changed on the user's record.

Anybody else? Any suggestions?

This is being addressed in Hosted Update that will be released soon.
