Connect room does not open in new window
I have a few users who's connect room does not open up in a window of it's own but opens up in an IE window. Is there any way around that? Or any known cause?

Connect Pro Meeting / Windows

Good morning!
Do they have the Add-In installed?
Or do they use Safari on an Mac?
If they use Safari on a Mac, there is a known issue. If you have more than one tab open in a Safari window, the Add-In wouldn`t start properly. You have to close the tabs before launching a meeting.

Same issue user running IE7 and FF - checking for add-in - sorry pretty new at this

If the participant does not have the add-in (and it's not required for them), it will most likely open within their web browser. They can select the Full Screen option from the Meeting menu or Press F11 to hide their browser chrome and view the meeting like it was in the add-in.
