Acoustic Magic Voice Tracker, Array Microphone - Problems with Echos
RESOLVED
Hello, I just bought http://www.acousticmagic.com/ as it was suggested by Adobe to use it to record voice from a conference room with multiple speakers. It records voice quite well even from distant speakers but there are constant annoying echos for participants online as the Voice Tracker records the audio output of the speakers. I would thank you very much for suggestions which setting (software, hardware, position of speakers and Voice Tracker) works fine for you.
Best regards from Austria, David

ACCEPTED SOLUTION
Hi David,
We also purchased acoustic magic and have been pleased with its magical properties. If you can, you might call the guy at acoustic magic. He helped us set up the microphone so it would not record playback from the speakers. If you are using a Vista OS, I think you can access that option in the sound tab of the control panel.
If you need a phone number, email me.
Best,
Daniel

hi,
we bought voice tracker too. i tested it and i did not produce any echoes, speakers should be positioned that they do not interfere with the micro angle.
